From hiking to yoga to fitness classes in local studios, and even global retreats from Costa Rica to South Africa, we're here to make wellness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Hike Day

1st & 3rd Saturdays

Your perfect urban escape with beginner-friendly trails spanning 2-4 miles in and around Nashville's scenic parks.

2 Mile Tuesday

2nd & 4th Tuedays

Meet us at Bicentennial Park for miles with city views. You can walk, run, or both.

First Mondays

We're dialing up the motivation, miles, and mindfulness every first Monday from April through August.

We understand the struggle of stepping into new spaces alone, feeling the hesitation of trying something different, and missing the company of our culture.
