Lace up your hiking boots, pack your curiosity, and join us for a 2.5 mile round trip hike featuring a bluff overlook with stunning views. Discover and reflect on the significant contributions of our ancestors while immersingourselves in the beauty of nature.

What to bring:
- Sturdy, closed toe shoes with good thread
- Water
- Small backpack for personal belonging (optional)

A towel to sit on for the meditation
Wear study shoes and avoid denim

- Hike length 2.5 miles
- Intensity: Moderate. The trail has multiple hills.
- Park is located 30 minutes from downtown Nashville
