Welcome to First Mondays: Sunset Yoga every first Monday from April through August. Join us for a summer series that's all about leveling up our health and wellness game together. Expect sunset vibes and a dope urban atmosphere as we move together on this mission.
What to expect:
6:00 pm-meet up at the OneCity Yard
6:15 pm-Flow Time
7:00 pm- wrap up
Free 2 hour Parking
There's free 2 hours parking in the lot located at 3 City Blvd, Nashville, TN 37209
There is also street parking.
Meeting Location:
OneC1ty Yard.
It's Located adjacent to E+Rose Wellness Cafe
