THE ULTIMATE FIT BOXING AND MINDFULNESS EXPERIENCE.
The coaches of Punches n Bunches Boxing Studio will bring us a fun heart pumping boxing class that will help us get our minds and bodies fit. This session will feature high-intensity cardio, boxing moves, footwork and strengthening exercises. Then we’ll cool down with restorative stretching and mindfulness.
What to bring:
- Towel
- water
- Boxing gloves or mitts are optional
Time: 9am-11am
