Forest Soundbath + Meditation with Tonic Treks

What we’ll do:

A chance to experience deep relaxation while immersed in nature. This session will lead you on a short hike into the forest to practice meditation, breath work, guided relaxation to a relaxing sound bath by Toni from Tonic Treks.
