About the event
What we'll do:
The Foster Falls area is absolutely beautiful and has a natural pool at the base of the waterfall. We will hike to the base of Foster falls, meditate on a scenic bluff. This hike will incorporate mindfulness, faith-based meditation centered on teachings of the Bible including prayer to create a space for a complete mind+body+spirit experience.
