What we'll do
Come to renew your mind, revitalize your spirit, and refresh your energy. We will be hiking along through mature oak-hickory forest with several overlooks of Old Hickory Lake.

Where to park
Once you enter the park, drive through the armed gate.
Follow the road until it ends.
Things to keep in mind
- Bring water
- Wear sturdy Tennis/Running shoes
- Wear clothes appropriate for the weather (avoid denim and 100%cotton)
