We're linking up with some of Nashville's top notch wellness brands and studios committed to caring for our culture for an immersive wellness experience that will leave you feeling energized to crush your 2024 goals.

The live DJ sets, the workouts, and the collective energy of the community come together for a dope experience to leave you feeling strong AF to start the year. You can ebb and flow between back-to-back workouts, masterclasses, wellness stations, and a recovery lounge. Take one class or take them all, it's your day.

Workouts

We'll have 6 back-to-back 20 minute workouts from an inspiring roster of Nashville's top Black instructors & studios. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest.

Enjoy wellness stations featuring 20+ local businesses to experience skin care products, B12 shots, free consultations with pros, reiki, health screenings, and more.

Recovery Lounge

Because rest is essential. We'll have an area for you to chill, mingle, and refuel.
