Training Day is the newest addition to our Outside & Active Initiative we're launching before the season ends with 2 parts (Aug 28 and Sep 11) . In collaboration with Nashville Fit Magazine, join us for a full-body workout led by local trainers, set against unbeatable views of the Capitol—come move with the community, feel the energy, and leave stronger together
