What we'll do
The Nashville Black Wellness Collective believes in the transformative power of connecting health and heritage to help us achieve our highest potential. Our mission includes linking our community to our culture, ancestors, traditions, and stories of resilience and excellence, enabling us to benefit from understanding our cultural legacy. Inspired by our recent trip to Ghana, we felt compelled to return home and share a different narrative. That's where Your Legacy Tours comes in. They specialize in creating unique, customized experiences for Black visitors at historical sites, highlighting Black stories, cultural practices, community, ancestral connections, and artifacts.
We will participate in a private, intimate tour of Travellers Rest Historic House Museum curated to reconnect us with the stories of our ancestors in a safe environment that honors joy, remembrance, love, and connection.
