WHAT'S THE WORKOUT? THEY BREAK IT DOWN INTO THREE ZONES.
WARM UP // BOXING // CORE //
The warm up is a burner mixed of cardio driven bootcamp movements that gets your heart rate up and pumpin’. It’s always different, so it never gets boring. Once your heart rate is up, we'll do 30 min of boxing/kickboxing combinations to maintain that sweat. We’re here to fight and go hard. So, once that bell rings after the 8th round, we drop to the floor for core.
