Walk + Run Day with Black Men Run & Black Girls Run

Get ready to lace up your sneakers and hit the streets for Two Mile Tuesday with Black Men Run.   Our co-founder, Claude, got inspired at their 2-mile run in February, honoring Ahmaud Arbery, and we couldn't resist bringing that energy back to our community. 

Run, Walk, or Both: Do it your way!

Whether you're a seasoned runner, love a brisk walk, or just want to soak up the positive energy, this is for you. Also feel free to bring the stroller and your little ones because we're all about making wellness a family affair. This is as much about connection as it is about the miles. 

Where: Bicentennial Park 

It will be a scenic 2 mile route with  Capitol views.

There's typicall plenty of free parking.

Why are we doing this?

This Two Mile Tuesday is just a warm-up for something BIG in April – our Million Mile Movement initiative! We're rallying everyone to collectively move 1 million miles for Black Health Equity. Imagine the impact we can make when we all move together towards a healthier, happier community.
