Lace up your hiking boots, pack your curiosity, and join us for a 2.5 mile round trip hike featuring a bluff overlook with stunning views. Discover and reflect on the significant contributions of our ancestors while immersingourselves in the beauty of nature.

Whats included

  • Guided hike and meditation
  • Hiking poles to share
  • First aid

What to bring:

  • Sturdy, closed toe shoes with good thread
  • Water
  • Small backpack for personal belonging (optional)

What to bring:

A towel to sit on for the meditation

Wear study shoes and avoid denim

Things to keep in mind:

  • Hike length 2.5 miles
  • Intensity: Moderate. The trail has multiple hills.
  • Park is located 30 minutes from downtown Nashville
