What we'll do

Float along Shelby Park as you journey to downtown Cumberland Park on this guided paddle. An incredible view of the Nashville skyline marks the finish line.

Duration: ~2 hours total, ~1 hr on the water

 $38 for Abundant Life Adventure Club Members.

$55 for non-members

What's Included

What to bring:

• Water
• Sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sun glasses)
• water shoes (required for the base of the falls and walking around),
• Waterproof phone case
• Change of shoes and clothes in case you get wet.
