Vendor Agreement

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any vendor who cancels will forfeit the full cost of their space and Nashville Black Wellness Collective will retain all monies paid. Nashville Black Wellness Collective reserves the rights to cancel or revise the event location/details whenever conditions are deemed unsafe for participants. Under the circumstance that Nashville Black Wellness Collective cancels the event, exhibitors will be fully refunded.

 

SHARING OF EXHIBITOR SPACE

Exhibitors may not assign, sublease or otherwise share any portion of their exhibit space with any party without written consent.

 

TRADEMARKS

Nashville Black Wellness Collective will be held harmless for any trademark, trade name, copyright or patent infringement on any printed or digital materials belonging to or distributed by any vendor. Nashville Black Wellness Collective will only use an vendor's name or logo(s) with the written consent via email.

 

GENERAL LIABILITY, SECURITY & INSURANCE

Each vendor must make provisions for the safeguarding of his or her goods, materials, equipment and display at all times. Nashville Black Wellness Collective will not be liable for loss or damage to the property of vendors or their representatives or employees from theft, fire, accident, act of God or any other causes. Nashville Black Wellness Collective will not be liable for injury to vendors or their employees or for damage to property in their custody, owned or controlled by them, which claims for damages, injury, etc., may be incident to or arise from, or be in any way connected with their use or occupation of display space, and vendors will indemnify and hold Nashville Black Wellness Collective harmless against such claim. The vendor assumes all liability for any damage to the event facilities as a result of exhibitor negligence.

 

PRODUCT SALES, DEMONSTRATIONS, HANDOUT MATERIALS, GIVE-AWAYS AND PRIZE DRAWINGS

Product sales, promotional product demonstrations, giveaways and exhibitor prize drawings will be permitted. All hand-out materials are expected to be of professional nature. Distribution of advertising material and souvenirs must be confined to the exhibitor’s space. Canvassing for distribution of advertising material or souvenirs is strictly forbidden. Nashville Black Wellness Collective reserves the right to disallow any material that it believes to be inappropriate.

 

Vendor agrees to abide by the above Vendor Terms of Agreement. Payment of vendor

fee serves as acceptance of the Vendor Terms of Agreement.
